Visa and MasterCard are our preferred method of receiving payment. It is the quickest and most convenient method. If you purchase online using your credit card and the transaction is successful then you will instantly be sent your Invoice and Registration details by email.
Only for Dutch customers we also accept Ideal as a payment method.
Orders can be declined for a number of reasons - we have listed a number of these reasons below to help you identify the problem.
1. Please check if all fields have been filled in correctly.
2. When your paying with a credit card and you are trying to make a large purchase then it is possible that your Credit Card has either reached it's maximum credit limit or daily transaction limit.
3. Using a Credit card other then Visa or MasterCard is not possible.
4. Please make sure all digits on your credit card are the same as what you have filled in on the website.
If your Credit Card transaction is declined then you should contact your Credit Card issuer for further information on why your order was declined. They will be able to let you know how to rectify the problem.
To deliver your product(s) as soon as possible we use DHL, UPS or FedEx.
The standard delivery time is 1 or 2 days in the Netherlands , and up to 14 days global.

Thank you for your order. The employees of Wildenbergparts consider it a privilege to service this order and to provide you with the best care possible. We ask you to please follow our company policy concerning returned goods.
1. The return of any item must first be approved by a representative of Wildenbergparts.
2. A copy of the original invoice must accompany any shipment containing returned goods.
3. A explanation as to the reason an item is being returned, who approved the return, and the date of approval must be written and attached to the copy of the invoice accompanying the shipment.
4. Wildenbergparts reserves the right to charge a 19% restocking fee on any item returned without prior approval from the customer on all returned goods.
5. All returned goods shipments are to be freight prepaid.
6. On NOS (new old stock) items where the packaging has been removed and all electrical products there is NO return avaliable.
Adherence to the above procedures we will facilitate the insurance of any credit due to or the shipment of a replacement part.
CLAIMS : Claims for damages in transit are to be filed with the carrier. Shortage claims must be made within 5 days after receiving the goods.
